My RECLAIM Taxpayer Funds Act was Implemented by SBA: This legislation recovers billions from fraudulent government loans, ensuring fiscal responsibility and addressing misuse of COVID-19 relief funds. By reclaiming these funds, we are also working to help reduce inflation across the country.

Capital Support for Small Businesses: I cosponsored the Main Street Tax Certainty Act to permanently extend the 20% tax deduction for small businesses, preventing them from having to limit their growth, investment, and hiring plans.

Reducing Red Tape: I co-sponsored the Small Business Regulatory Reduction Act, which mandates that any new SBA regulation must not impose costs on small businesses. I’ve also sent numerous letters to the SBA questioning their proposed costly regulations.

Supporting the Fiscal Responsibility Act: I backed the Fiscal Responsibility Act, which cuts over $2 trillion in spending, reclaims $28 billion in unspent COVID funds, and expands welfare work requirements. This historic measure aims to be the largest deficit reduction bill ever.
